The Rule of the Artery
Applied Biodynamics for the Vascular System

A 2-Webinar Series: Thursdays, January 20 & February 10, 2022
10:00 am - 12:00 pm Pacific (1:00 - 3:00 pm Eastern)

Registration includes access to recordings of each webinar for 90 days following the live sessions.

Taught by Dr. Michael Shea, PhD, RCST®, LMT, this course builds the framework of a Biodynamic Cardiovascular Therapy. The principles of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy will be applied to the vascular system.  Michael will present a basic understanding of Metabolic syndrome, as 88% of Americans are metabolically unhealthy.

You will cultivate the palpation of embryonic metabolism and cardiovascular physiology. Palpation includes new research on the critical importance of the endothelium of the artery and vein as the co-regulator of homeostasis in the body. We will focus on exploring the vascular tree with Primary Respiration as the Breath of Life and the layers of dynamic stillness.

The following arteries will be taught and palpated biodynamically: radial, subclavian, common carotid, abdominal aorta, posterior tibial and anterior tibial arteries. This includes a deeper understanding of the function of the autonomic nervous system (ANS) metabolically and physiologically. The ten basic principles of biodynamic contact with the arteries is taught. Exploration of the cardiovascular system is an extension of the Fluid Body.

  • Learn the types and stages of Metabolic syndrome
  • Palpate and treat the whole cardiovascular system
  • Treat the metabolism of the ANS
  • Refine orientation to the cycle of attunement
