Training requirements for becoming certified as a Registered Craniosacral Therapist (RCST®) are met through graduation from a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) Foundation Training course taught by one or more BCTA/NA Approved Teachers. It typically takes 2-3 years to complete the training.
If you would like to get an introduction to Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy before signing up for an entire Foundation Training course, you can first register for an Introductory course taught by a BCTA/NA Approved Teacher.

The BCST Foundation Training is a 700-hour, 50-day program consisting of:
- 350 classroom hours
- 150 hours Home Study
- 150 hours practice sessions
- 40 hour project
- 10 hours of personal sessions received from an RCST®
BCTA/NA Approved Teachers administer the Foundation Trainings they teach. This includes setting the price and dates of a training. For training program details, please contact the Teacher or school you considering for your training.
To quality for RCST® eligibility, at least one BCTA/NA Approved Teacher must be physically present for the entirety of every module within the Foundation Training. The student to teaching team ratio is 5:1. Each teaching team consists of Approved Teacher/s, Teacher Assistant/s, and/or Teacher Trainee/s. The curriculum of all BCTA/NA Approved Teacher Foundation Trainings includes and is taught in accordance with the BCTA/NA Standards of Practice, Core Curriculum & Competencies, and Code of Ethics.

- Foundation Training Module Information Form
- Certificate of Completion of a Foundation Training
- Letter of Recommendation from your BCTA/NA Approved Teacher
