2025 Abramson Educational Scholarships


Through the Stephanie Abramson Fund BCTA/NA is pleased to offer Educational Scholarships aimed at supporting eligible recipients in learning BCST, regardless of their ability to pay.

The scholarship amount and application/selection process will be announced sometime in March 2025.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Identify as a Person of the Global Majority*, Black, Indigenous, or Person of Color (BIPOC).

  • Be registered in a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Foundation Training program taught by BCTA/NA Approved Teaching Team.

  • If this is your first Abramson Scholarship application: In order for your application to be considered, you must have applied for and been accepted to attend a training (offered by a BCTA/NA approved teacher) that is in process, or will begin within the next 3 months.

  • If you have previously applied for and received an Abramson Educational award: You may apply in subsequent application periods. Scholarship awards will be dependent on funds available. Your BCST teacher will be asked to confirm that you are continuing in training. If your application is approved, you will receive notification of approval and your award will be mailed within 10 business days.

  • Fall 2025 Scholarship Applications
    To be announced in Fall 2025

Selection & Award:

  • The 2025 selection and award process will be announced in March 2025.

 

* People of the Global Majority (PGM) are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, who represent over 80% of the world’s population.


The Stephanie Abramson Fund

In memory and celebration of the life and work of Stephanie Abramson, the Stephanie Abramson Fund was established in 2020, to support People of the Global Majority (PGM)*, Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color who are students and practitioners learning Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) and sharing the work in their communities.
